As is the case with many industries, the automotive business is hard to figure out. Sometimes excellent products go undiscovered by consumers and fail to generate even a hint of buzz, while mediocre ones are coming up in conversation, and even finding their way to the top of the sales charts.

The factors that cause this can be endlessly debated, but I’d rather just take a look at five overlooked cars that I think deserve more attention.
