2009 Mazda MX-5 Miata

2009 Mazda MX-5
Mazda’s MX-5 Miata, the embodiment of the zoom-zoom ideology, gets a styling facelift for its 20th anniversary  and continues to offer two convertible-top options: A manually-folding soft top with a heated-glass rear window or a power-folding hardtop. The compact MX-5 seats two and continues to be a favorite for its combination of peppy powertrain, fun-to-drive around-town maneuverability, timeless styling, and overall value.

Under the hood is a lively 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 167 horsepower with the 5- and 6-speed manual transmissions and 158 with the 6-speed automatic. But back to the value equation: A base model convertible with a manual-folding soft top and 5-speed manual transmission starts at $21,750.
