2008 Dodge Viper
The updated 2008 Dodge Viper has a 600-hp 8.4-liter V10 engine, up 90
horsepower from 2006.

After a 2007 model-year hiatus, a more-powerful Dodge Viper arrives as an early 2008 model. The 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10 comes as a coupe or as a convertible with a manual folding fabric top and heated glass rear window. This high-performance two-seat sports car has a 600-hp 8.4-liter V10 engine, up 90 horsepower from 2006. A 6-speed manual is the sole transmission.

Wheels are 18 inches in front, 19 inches in rear. Side airbags and traction/antiskid control are unavailable but
ABS is standard. Other standard features include leather-and-faux-suede upholstery, power-adjustable pedals, and xenon headlights.

The updated exterior includes a new hood with larger hood scoop and hood louvers, new polished aluminum wheel style choices, and more color combinations: Venom Red, Snakeskin Green, Viper Violet, Viper Orange, and Bright Blue
paired with racing stripes in black, silver, graphite, or red.

Viper goes on sale later this summer. Check back for our full review.
