Maserati displayed the 2007 GranSport MC Victory at the 2007 Chicago Auto Show. This car is a specially trimmed version of its GranSport Coupe. The car is being produced to celebrate the FIA GT racing title won by Maserati's MC12 race car. It also is among the last GranSport models Maserati will produce--a new two-door coupe is scheduled to be unveiled later this year at the Geneva Motor Show. The GranSport MC Victory comes trimmed in unique blue paint with the Italian flag adorning the front fenders. Interior trim gets a similar treatment with suede sport bucket seats with a suede dashboard.

Power for the GranSport MC Victory comes from a 400-horsepower 4.2-liter V8 engine. It teams with Maserati's six-speed DuoSelect sequential manual transmission that allows for manual gear changes with steering wheel paddles. The transmission also can be set to shift like an automatic. The company pegs 0-60 mph acceleration at 4.75 seconds, with the quarter-mile going by in 12.8 seconds. The GranSport MC Victory rides on 19-inch tires with specific alloy wheels.

This Italian exotic automaker is producing only 180 of these cars, with just 50 headed to North American shores. Expect to pay dearly for this car--about $115,000--if you're lucky to secure a place in line to get one.
