Though Buick calls it a midsize, Enclave rides on a 118.9-inch wheelbase. That's on par with big truck-type SUVs like the Chevrolet Suburban and Ford Expedition, and provides decent room for a standard 3rd-row bench seat.

Enclave's middle row has your choice of twin buckets with center console or a three-place bench. All 2nd-row seats adjust fore/aft and use a new compact folding mechanism to ease third-row access.

As usual with crossovers, Enclave will offer both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive sans low-range gearing. The only powertrain mates GM's 3.6-liter "high feature" V6, tuned here for 270 hp, with a 6-speed manual transmission.
