2011 Chevrolet Volt Pictures

GM hopes the 2011 Chevrolet Volt will give it the same sales boost that the Prius gave to Toyota.

The 2011 Chevrolet Volt will have an estimated total driving range of 640 miles.

The 2011 Chevrolet Volt's interior will feature a touch-sensitive infotainment center.

Gasoline will power Volt's generator to provide more electric power after the battery's initial 40-mile charge. It will also recharge the battery.


The Opel Ampera is the European-market version of the 2011 Chevy Volt.
