2010 Suzuki SX4: Overview

The 2010 Suzuki SX4 should be largely unchanged. This subcompact car should continue to come in hatchback and sedan body styles. Both should continue to use a 143-hp 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine with a standard 5-speed manual or an optional 4-speed automatic transmission. The sedan would remain front-wheel drive and come in Base, LE, and Sport trim levels. Hatchbacks would be called Crossover and come in a single trim level. Hatchbacks would offer all-wheel drive that lacks low-range gearing, but can be set for a 50/50 front and rear power split or front-drive only. A front-drive hatchback version should continue to be available. Available safety features should include ABS, traction control, antiskid system, front side airbags, and curtain side airbags. Most optional features would be part of packages, which are priced as separate models. Sedans are likely to remain available with a Popular Package that includes keyless entry and cruise control. Both body styles will likely continue to offer a Technology Package, which includes a wireless cell phone link. Also likely to be available on hatchbacks and sedans is the Touring Package, which includes all items in the Technology Package as well as keyless access and engine start, and automatic climate control.
