Vehicle Highlights

The 2010 Honda CR-V undergoes a freshening with more power, updated styling, and revised interior controls. This five-passenger compact SUV is available with front- or all-wheel drive. Trim levels include LX, EX, and EX-L. All have a 180-hp 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine, an increase of 14 hp from the 2007-2009 CR-V. The sole transmission is a 5-speed automatic. Maximum towing capacity is 1500 lb. Available safety features include ABS, traction control, antiskid system, curtain side airbags, and front side airbags. All CR-V models have a rear-bench seat that can slide fore and aft to benefit passenger or cargo space. A power driver seat, leather upholstery, heated front seats, and dual-zone automatic climate control are standard on the EX-L but unavailable otherwise. A navigation system and wireless cell-phone link are available on the EX-L, and versions so equipped are priced as separate models.

Nearly all are five-passenger vehicles; some offer seating for seven.
