Vehicle Highlights
The 2010 Audi TT lineup gets trimmed, with the elimination of front-wheel drive and V6-powered models. Four-seat Coupe hatchback and two-seat Roadster convertible models are available. Base Coupes and Roadsters are called 2.0T. They use a turbocharged 200-hp 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine. Both body styles are also available as the TTS. They have a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder, but in this guise, they make 265 hp. All TT models use a 6-speed automatic transmission. TTS has a sport suspension, along with slightly sportier exterior styling and unique interior trim. The manual-transmission, V6, and front-drive versions have been discontinued. Available safety equipment on all TTs includes ABS, traction control, antiskid system, and front side airbags. Leather upholstery and automatic climate control are standard. Convertibles have a power-folding soft top. A magnetic-suspension system is standard on the TTS and optional on other models. It allows drivers to alter suspension settings for comfort or high-performance driving.
