Vehicle Highlights
The 2010 Acura ZDX is the latest addition to the lineup of Honda's luxury brand. ZDX is a 4-door wagon that seats five. It has a raised suspension and standard all-wheel drive. The sole powertrain teams a 300-hp 3.7-liter V6 engine with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Available safety features include ABS, traction control, antiskid system, curtain side airbags, and front side airbags. Leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, rearview camera, power tailgate, and a wireless cell-phone link are standard. Two option packages are offered, and versions so equipped are priced as separate models. The Technology Package includes a voice-activated navigation system with real-time weather and traffic, a multi-view rear camera, and an uplevel audio system. The Advance Package includes the features of the Technology Package plus blind-spot alert, adaptive cruise control, ventilated seats, a driver-adjustable suspension with sport or comfort modes, and Acura's Collision Mitigation Braking System, which signals approaching objects and applies the brakes and tightens the front seatbelts if it determines a collision is unavoidable. This evaluation is based on preview test drives.
