Vehicle Highlights
The 2010 Acura TSX is slated to receive a V6 engine. This front-wheel drive sedan is Acura's entry-level car, and TSX shares some of its basic design with the European-market Honda Accord. The standard engine remains a 201-hp 2.4-liter 4-cylinder. A 280-hp 3.5-liter V6, borrowed from the larger Acura TL, is newly available. The 4-cylinder is available with manual or automatic transmission. The V6 is automatic only. The 2010 Acura TSX should continue to come in a single trim level that includes standard features such as a sunroof, wireless cell phone link, leather upholstery, heated front seats, and automatic climate control. Available safety features should include ABS, traction control, antiskid system, curtain side airbags, and front side airbags. An optional Technology Package for both the 4-cylinder and V6 should remain available, and versions so equipped should be priced as separate models. The package will continue to include a navigation system with real-time traffic and weather information, rearview camera, and 10-speaker, 415-watt surround-sound audio system. This report is based on evaluations of the 2009 Acura TSX.
