The 2010 Acura RDX gets freshened styling and a new front-wheel-drive model. This premium compact SUV seats five. The sole powertrain teams a 240-hp 2.3-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with a 5-speed automatic transmission. Maximum towing capacity is 1500 lb. Previously only available with all-wheel drive, RDX is now offered with front-wheel drive. Available safety features include ABS, traction control, antiskid system, front side airbags, and curtain side airbags. Leather upholstery with heated front seats, a USB port, a wireless cell-phone link, and a rearview mirror with rearview camera display are standard. A Technology Package, priced as a separate model, includes a navigation system with real-time weather and traffic information and voice recognition, and a 10-speaker premium sound system.
