This is a solid Recommended pick that extols many of the virtues we've come to expect from Toyota (quietness and good ride among others). While the Sequoia may be a slightly more manageable package in terms of size, the large utilities from Ford and GM feel more solid.

As Dakota is to big pickups, Sequoia is to big SUVs. Big enough for most tasks, but small enough to navigate the Wendy's drive-thru--but note the mileage remains big-SUV crummy. The tidy interior is remarkably bland for a $50,000 vehicle, but looks stout enough to last 200,000 miles.
