2006 Toyota Avalon:
Aside from the usual color revisions, the main change this year was availability of a towing package as a dealer-installed option.
2007 Toyota Avalon:
Avalon carried over unchanged.
2008 Toyota Avalon:
The 2008 Toyota Avalon got a new automatic transmission and a minor facelift. A new 6-speed automatic transmission replaced last year's 5-speed automatic. The 2008 Avalon got a revised grille and bumper treatment.
