Available in one body length, MPV is among the smallest minivans. It uses a 200-hp V6 engine and 5-speed automatic transmission. Antilock 4-wheel disc brakes are standard. Two models are offered: LX with 16-inch alloy wheels, and top-shelf ES with 17s. Front side airbags and traction control are optional on LX, standard on ES. For 2005, rear air conditioning moves from standard on LX to optional; it remains standard on ES. MPVs seat seven. The 2nd-row bucket seats can slide together to create a 2-passenger bench. The 3-passenger 3rd-row bench folds into the floor. Dual sliding side doors are standard and have roll-down power windows. Power-operated side doors are available.
