Base suspension is absorbent, but floats over humps and dips. Gran Touring setup does a poor job of smothering sharp bumps and ridges, feels jittery on rough pavement.

Competent large-sedan handling, though steering feels artificially heavy. Moderate lean in turns, good grip. Optional antiskid system works well. Brakes are unexceptional, but easy to modulate.

Wind and road noise well-muffled, but tires whine on some surfaces. Engine quiet at cruise, produces a muted growl in full-throttle acceleration.

Large, simple, well-placed, but some are hard to decipher against their shiny faceplates, and automatic climate controls are difficult to adjust while driving. Console cupholder is awkward to deploy.
