1990-93:
Ignition switch could short-circuit and overheat, causing smoke and possible fire.
1991:
Park rod assembly of automatic overdrive transmission may contain a cam with inadequate surface hardness, which could lead to disengagement or nonengagement when lever is placed in "Park" position; with parking brake off, vehicle could then roll away.
